If you’re feeling uncertain about coaching, then paying per session might be a great first step.

  • 30-45min Discovery Call, complimentary!

  • 60-120min Exploration Sessions

  • 45-75min Growth Sessions

  • 15-30min Grounding Sessions

In this model, we pay special attention to the time spent in each session, with billing based on 15-minute increments.

  • We’re not in the business of nickel-and-diming clients so a seven minute grace period is included at the end of each session.

    If needed, we can always discuss extending our time together and then bill accordingly.

  • No matter which of these pricing options or packages you choose, we will co-create a path forward that centers your holistic wellbeing… including your financial wellbeing!

  • Although I am offering to serve as your grateful and fully qualified co-pilot (who’s actively engaged in helping you to navigate the journey ahead with authenticity, grace, and compassion), the progress you make is the direct result of the the time, energy, and effort you invest.

    You are in the driver’s seat throughout this entire experience.

    I will offer thoughtful, science-backed questions in a way that helps you to reflect with intention and discern your own wants, hopes, dreams, passions, and needs. I will provide (or point you toward) data-driven tools and integrative experiences that can empower you to root yourself in competence and contentment. And, when asked, I will offer suggestions and invite your consideration.

    And what you choose to do with that information is completely up to you.

    It is my job and my joy is to bolster your self-confidence as you root yourself in the natural rhythms already available to you.
